Date of Service:
11/28/2011

Company Contact:
Todd

Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Lift pump on our '99 Alpine with an 8.3 Cummins died in our driveway. Todd made a house call, did the troubleshooting, got the part shipped in and came back out to install it. I then took the motor home in to their shop to have brake inspection and service done before putting it away for the winter.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Work was done in good time and care was taken to ensure the motor home was kept clean during test drives and the work on the engine which required the techs to access the engine through the bedroom. Brake inspection/service was very reasonable and the overall bill was very fair. We received several calls as to the progress of the parts and service along the way which was a nice touch.
