Bought a brand new trailer the end of January, when we picked it up we saw the couch was ripped. Said it would take 2-3 weeks to get a new one in. When I
got the trailer home, I noticed a few other issues. I got a hold of my Salesman the very next day. He told me that he was going to have someone in the
service department call me and take GOOD care of me. After a week and a half of not being able to reach the person in the service department or my
salesman, I went a different route. Dropped my trailer off on Feb 13th, was then told that the couch was actually going to take 4.5 weeks. I received a call
from them to go over the other issues at hand, when I got there for a scheduled appointment, I had to wait. Then found out that my couch was now not
due in until the end of March, 8 weeks to get it. I had them also check the battery and trailer because the battery would only last a little over a day. They
said they ran tests and that the BRAND NEW battery I had was bad. I took the battery back to where I bought it because it was still under warranty. They ran
tests an told me the battery was GOOD, my issue was that I was using the wrong type of battery for that application. Now they are supposed to be RV
professionals, how do they not recognize that?? I have asked numerous times, what they were willing to do to make this right, I can't even get them to
answer that. I have been told by the Corporate office several times, that I would receive a call from the Leadership/Rapid response team. Weeks later and I
still haven't heard from them. Very frustrated and disappointed with this whole experience. Especially with this being the 2nd trailer I have purchased from
them. Looking at other reviews, they have current and past employees on Glassdoor,com complaining about how terrible their customer service is. I think a
free quiet 2000 watt generator and RV battery is not too much to ask for since I have given them almost $40,000 of mine and my wife's hard-earned
money.

While traveling lost an A/C. Contacted this service center provided them with make, model and serial # to be repaired or replaced. They confirmed the
appointment and said they had item in stock and would get us back on road same day if possible but in the event requiring overnite stay they had hookups

Arrived before appointment also requested tire air pressure check. Watched as unit was examined. Later noticed unit buttoned up and went and found
service writer he had no idea of where the tech was at and went to check. Advised A/C was broken and needed replacement. Work authorized. They had
pulled the motor home to the parking area by this time but said there was no A/C in stock to replace and it would be a week and a half to order. Never did
check the air in the tires as per the work order. Charged full price of $129.00 with no Good Sam Discount for diagnostic. Poor communication, untruthful in
their representation and poor workmanship in not completing work ordered and documented on their invoice.

Repaired broken black tank drain fittings and valve. Diagnosed and replaced failed front A/C.

Even though the service department was swamped with work, they were able to get us in and repair the drain problem. I asked them to also check
the A/C, and they discovered it had totally failed. They just happened to have a replacement and changed it out. We want to especially thank MJ for
his effort to expedite repairs, as we are full timers.

Truly horrible sales staff and dishonest about breaking things in my consigned rig. Over-priced service department never fixed the problem even after $1,400. Obscene! After all that, I am bringing home a rig that has more things broken and runs worse than when I took it in. Been to Camping World's everywhere that have saved me. This one is giving the entire corporation a bad name. I will be driving out of my way to go somewhere else!
