Onan Diesel Generator 8500 KW. Oil was low, needed generator to slide out but it appeared to be stuck. Couldn't add oil without sliding unit out. Tech was
able to manipulate slide lock mechanism, slide generator out, check oil and add a quart. |

| Service Performed: | Warrantee work - bunk bed hinge, water pump, broken molding, wood supports on the Murphy bed split | ||

Bed was re-screwed back in to the wall but nothing was done to reinforce or prevent it from happening again. It was a band-aid fix. Were told that a tech
could tell us how to make the repairs to reinforce, also that we needed to watch and tighten the screws as the come loose. This is on a bunk bed that was never used. Exceptional customer service when making the purchase but terrible when we returned the trailer for the warranty work. Upon pick up a service tech wasn't available for any questions but we did have a sticky note with directions on how to lift on the bed. Would have taken it to a dealer 3 1/2 hours closer to our home had we known but thought we would get better service from the dealer we had made the purchase from. |

| Service Performed: | Various warranty claims and some upgrade modifications. EMS install, fresh water expansion tank, repeated failed attempts to repair stereo/TV. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Terrible service and customer relations. Tech broke mounting brackets on TV and stereo. He couldn't figure out how to remove them. All trailer maintenance/owner manuals disappeared while in their care. Clothing left in the trailer disappeared after having been in their shop. Service manager repeatedly blamed me for his staffs screw ups. EMS installed, circuit breaker panel fell out of wall after. Stereo repairs by them, after 4 attempts, I abandoned their shop, contacted trailer warranty representative and went elsewhere. | ||
