Frank said they could do the warranty work on my
2 month old trailer awning. Mike in Mecosta said he
could work with LCI awning company and fix, it would
be warranty work. Frank makes 2 visits to my
trailer and is now charging me $280.00 for warranty
work. This whole thing took 2 months I had to go
into the store to get him to fix it. It wasn't an
easy process. Never will I call them again and you
shouldn't either

Said seal around the slide out needed to be replaced because of a leak I was having and would cost $600.00. it wasn't even the slideout, the air conditioning
unit was causing the leak. Fixed myself!

June 2, 2016 I requested Brad Franck RV Services to replace a toilet, seal broken, replace air vent, broken, and I was told the tech went out to our 5th wheel
to evaluate the seal. A service call of $50 was charged. I called to follow-up on our request and was informed the labor for replacing the seal was going to be
more than if we replaced the toilet, I originally requested and sent multiple pictures of. Two weeks later I was told "we are still working on it.", but nothing
was being done. They did not return any of my calls. It has been more than 3 weeks so I cancelled their service and found another RV repair person.

We had to have the black water valve repaired which turned out to be quite a task. Pictures were taken of the RV tech completely inside the belly of the area being worked on. The roof was re-coated as well as the Norcold Refrigerator recall being handled. Several other smaller repairs were made as well.

We cannot express enough the professionalism and the small town friendliness of this RV repair business. Tammy kept us informed throughout the time that the coach was in their care with nothing being done until our OK was given. Steve, the tech, willingly answered all questions and was pro-active in giving information. Excellent Customer Service.
