Service Performed:
We were driving with cruise set, 60mph @ 1,600 rpm. Sounded like air line blew out and lost power. Talked with John and he said sounds like we lost the turbo. Had the truck towed to NCH and the trailer towed to the campground late that evening.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
John called the next morning and said they had it torn down and the turbocharger was the only damage done and would need to be replaced. He said they would see if they could find one locally. Had to be ordered out of Memphis. Repairs done including engine service (Oil, fuel, air and lube) also added grease zerks on my air hitch and no charge, answered all my questions about the engine and extending engine life. Great bunch of guys.
