| Service Performed: | Friday the 13th, 1pm. Lost the bearings to travel trailer wheel 2 miles from dealership. Hub was rubbing on the spindle of the axle. Although they had no appointment times they managed to diagnose, replace hub and bearings, backing plate and brakes, and get us back on the road by 4pm. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Professional and helpful. In a situation where they could have taken advantage of a traveler, they provided the services that were needed and saved our trip. | ||
