  Date of Service:   3/1/2016
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Steering was vague. They replaced the steering box
and linkage.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I took my coach to them, with "vague steering",
probably some shot bushings, for a quote. They
immediately took it totally apart, with parts spread
out in the parking lot. So, I had no option to
evaluate their recommendation. Instead I was forced
to allow them to continue replacing the steering box
and linkage. At the end, $1500 later (including
almost $400 for alignment, which the Ford dealer
would do for $100-150), the motorhome steered no
better than before. I believe they did replace the
steering box. But no quote, didn't give me failed
old parts, didn't improve the coach, overcharged for
questionable work. Good news is that I learned
where not to take my motorhome, for a $1500
"tuition" fee.

  Date of Service:   5/25/2015
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Steering Wheel off-center -- Suspension Check
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Overall did an excellent job. Straightened the wheel via an alignment. Steering wheel was off just a small amount, but to fix it 100% manager said it would
take a couple thousand dollars. Stated if I could live with it the work wasn't worth the cost. No pushy sales and very prompt work done correctly. Definitely
will go back.

  Date of Service:   9/29/2004
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Front brake job, balance and true tires, service transmission. Big truck shop. One of a handful of shops that will true your tires making them perfectly round and the ride smooth as glass!
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent work, scheduled appointment with just a few days notice and did the work while I waited (I'm a full timer). Stands behind their work.
