| Service Performed: | I asked Wayne to replace the door handle assembly of my class A. | ||

After making sure it was level by having to ask him to check the
level he did finally replace the door handle assembly, however, Wayne had a follow up responsibility and that was to contact my warranty company with all of the information and work he did including an invoice number. The cost was $502.75. After Wayne cashed my check and took my money he has failed to respond to any of my text messages or voicemails. |

After hurting himself the day before chopping firewood, Wayne still kept his appointment with me and showed up on time. He welcomed me to ride with
him to gather the parts from the supplier. He is personable and easy to get along with. He performed the not-so-pleasant job of replacing the seal and flange on my toilet and was very quick, clean, and proficient. He then crawled under my wall slide-out and adjusted the drive shaft b hand so that it would perform equally on both sides and close flush. He was very thorough and made sure all was performing properly before he left. Wayne's rates are more reasonable than most and he did an excellent job. Apparently many of the shops in the area subcontract him as well. He seems to enjoy what he does and I would definitely hire him again if I needed work done while in the area. |

A 1-man operation that I can highly recommend. Performed on-site repairs. Promised to arrive in 90 minutes at 7 pm in the evening. Arrived as promised, evaluated the problem and took extra care to insure that he achieved a permanent
solution. Very personable. Has 40 years of experience as a mechanic. |
