The RV went in two hours after the time we had a confirmed appointment for, materials used were sub par, pricing was unreasonably high, and service was
poor, when they actually spent time with you. Steer clear.

I noticed excessive tire wear on the inside of my left front tire. In addition my steering wheel (since the day I purchased the motorhome) had always looked
like it was installed crooked, turned about five or ten degrees. In addition, very rough bumps caused bouncing of the coach. I got on the Internet and
happened to call a business that highly recommended Rapid Tire and Alignment (RTA) for my RV. RTA gave me an appointment the next day. I had them
align the front end, install new front tires because I wasn't comfortable with replacing just the left tire and had them install new air bags in the front coil
springs.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
The result of the work they performed created a whole new driving experience for me. At that point I had driven about 4500 miles on that trip. If you are
experiencing uneven tire wear, hard steering, poor handling, vibration, or other suspension issues and are in the Rapid City area do yourself a favor and have
RTA diagnose your problems. In my opinion they have the best experience, diagnostic ability, and state of the art equipment to solve your problems and get
you back on the road safely. I think you will find working with Walt, Monte, and Nick refreshing compared to your experience with many businesses
today.

Balance front tires and alignment on 2006 Freightliner M2. FYI- I had the tires balance a few weeks ago in Mississippi using Equal (a powder added to the inside of the tire) which did not work. It was all I could do to hold the steering wheel between 41-46 mph.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Stopped by the day before to see if they could balance my front tires. Talked with Monte and he also looked at my tires and said the tread wear indicated it was out of alignment but they were backed up. I explained that we were full time RV'ers and were leaving the area on Sunday. He gave me an estimate and said if I could get it to him by 10am they would get it done. We dropped off the truck at 9:30 and by 4:30 he called and said it was ready. The work performed removal of front wheels and breakdown tires to remove Equal. Remount tires, balance and true treads (they were bad cupped). Aligned front end and now it drives better then it ever has and was actually less then the estimate. Will definitely use them again. They also work on automobiles, medium and heavy duty trucks. (Tires, alignment, brakes, suspensions)
