| Service Performed: | Took my truck in to have four items checked out: including an engine knock/rattle, the AC was not cooling well, air bags needed replacement, belts and fluids needed checking. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: |
When I arrived on Tuesday evening I was told that there were six trucks in front of me and it would be checked out on Wednesday. Wednesday evening I checked and no work had been done. When I checked on Thursday evening they still had not gotten to my truck. On Friday they called me at noon to tell me that a technician would start work on my truck shortly. When I checked on Saturday the engine had been checked out but nothing else had been done. When I checked on Monday they did not have a tech available to work on the truck. Since I had to change campgrounds on Tuesday I picked the truck up.
Verdict: Poor service, poorly managed operation with poor customer service. Recommendation: Don't waste your time with Peach State. |
