Adjusted lounge slide out which was balky and had sagged at the back-end.
Replaced jack switch with a spare I carry. |

I called Monday AM and they were able to get 2 fellows to my site (Poche's RV) before noon. They evaluated the slide and
understood my observations. The adjustment was made to align the slide & body paint lines and tested good. The Kwikee jack switches go intermittent periodically and the bad one (I had identified it previously) was replaced and tested. The folks were pleasant, accommodating & efficient. After they left I examined the slide adjustment and see that it's significantly different that factory set. I'd have given quality of service an Excellent if they had told me about this, as I believe it's an indication that something else has shifted. |

I must say I have never been as pleased with the thoroughness of service as I was with Fun in Sun Service technician, Melvin. Not only did he pull apart
the squirrel cage and clean and lubricate it, he pulled down the inside vent where we discovered that the interior vent access wasn't sealed off at all which prevented the smaller air outlets from receiving air pressure to blow throughout the camper. He sealed the entire internal dispersion area so that it would now feed directly into the distribution vent. A/C runs like new after appearing to be on its last leg and blowing breakers in 95*+ Louisiana heat. Not only was I pleased that the owner contacted me and urgently scheduled a technician to meet me that evening, because of pets inside, but also that the performance was consistent and the technician stayed on task until the work was completed. I highly recommend Fun in the Sun to any RV owners who wants their monies worth in both service time and quality of work! Thank You So Much! |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We had a burning odor in our motorhome which seemed to be electrical. I found it was the transfer switch under our bed and was lucky to get someone on a Sunday. Melvin dropped what he was doing and came to the campground and kept us running in 90 degree weather until he could get a replacement Monday morning. Would use him again for any problems. | ||
