  Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
  Service Performed:   I took a 1994 Monaco for an oil change, main engine and Onan generator.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The work was done in a timely manner. However, they did not replace the oil dip stick on the main engine. I know this is a minor point, but if they miss such a simple item, it reflects the quality of their work. I brought this to the Service Manager's attention when I discovered it and asked for a new dip stick. He summarily stated someone else must have lost it and said his techs would not be so careless. I have asked to talk to Management and have been ignored.

  Service Performed:   A starter change out for 500.00 was a nightmare lasting 3 days, motel cost, and $1500.00.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very poor and totally inept. Also a filthy waiting room.
