Hail Damage to roof and tent ends

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Hail damage occurred in May and took it immediately to the dealer. They had it all summer and when I got it back the door was mounted crooked (wouldn't even line up to latch) to the new top and there was a hole in each of the new tent ends. They were going to take it to a local fabric shop to have the tent ends repaired. I exclaimed that I had paid for new ones and I didn't want it repaired. Left camper there, when they called two months later it was fixed. Total time to replace top and tent ends was 7 months!
Got the strong impression that since it was only a $5,000 pop-up and not a $300,000 class A, I was bothering them!
