I have a class C motor home. The team came to my site and
repaired my furnace. Same day as I called. They R&R the furnace and found a mouse in the circulation fan. That fixed the problem. |

Excellent job, no leaks. I filled grey and black tank and let sit for an hour, no issues. Replaced pipes look as good as original factory. They even drove out to
my place in the sticks, no issues coming out-of-town for the work. |

Replaced a bad cooling unit in the refrigerator. Timing of the failure was really bad since we were due to depart the campground at Ft. Huachuca within a few
days. Beverly, the wonder woman in the office, coordinated things to get a remanufactured unit built in a timely manner in Tucson and the technicians that came out to do the installation were really fantastic, as in knowledgeable, efficient, courteous. Cooling unit was picked up on Friday in Tucson and installation completed on Saturday and we were able to leave as scheduled on Monday morning. Recommend Al, his technicians and office staff highly anytime you are anywhere close to the Sierra Vista area. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Work completed successfully. However, access door was reinstalled incorrectly. I have made 3 phone calls over a 13 day period, The "dispatcher" always politely takes my request to come back and finish the job by correctly fixing the door. But the repairman never appears. Considering small claims court to get their attention rather than to pay another shop for a service call. | ||
