Work Done on:
5th Wheel Trailer
One of the front jacks on my 5th wheel had failed. I took it in to have the one jack replaced. The work was never done because Sisemore's Service Manager did not have the parts but told me that he did. When I prepared to leave, the trailer was dropped on the back of my truck and the other jack was bent. I got the trailer hooked up and headed to San Antonio. Before I left I told the Service Manager that Sizemore's would pay for the bent jack that they caused while my warranty would pay for the other jack. About 60 miles south of Amarillo, the Service Manager called to tell that Sizemore's would not pay. I told him to take a few minutes to reconsider! I had the repairs done in San Antonio and Sizemore's paid the $1500 repair bill.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Extremely POOR. I should have been told that the parts were not available within the first hour at the shop. Sizemore was told that I would leave that afternoon--not stay overnight. I was lied to by the Service Manager and them the Service manager tried to welsh on the the repairs costs. I would not take any work to this dealer.
