Camper nearly fell off after the two front Happijacs went flying while I was driving the 5 miles from the dealership to my home. Caused over $3K in damages to my truck. They refuse to give me their insurance information so I can remedy the situation. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.

Service Provider Response:
|
This individual reached an agreement to resolve his complaint, was paid by Chisolm Trail RV, then subsequently sought additional compensation. He claimed he was owed an additional $550.00.
He complained to the NM Attorney General three times, then pursued the issue in court where he denied an agreement existed. The court found in favor of Chisolm Trail RV on every issue.
The dealership would have obviously paid such a small amount had it not been matter of principle. This individual refuses to accept responsibility for any decision he makes and wants to blame and sue anyone for his bad judgment
or lack of intelligence.
