| Service Performed: | Emergency repair, engine malfunction. On July 17, 2010 while traveling West on I-64, I experienced a malfunction with my motor home. I called my Good Sam roadside assistance and they sent a man named Dave from Hampton Roads 24 Hour Roadside Repair. Dave called and said that he would be there in an hour, and true to his word, he showed up on time. It took him only ten minutes to determine that the cause of the problem was an end of the coil wire had burned off. He stated he had a part back at his shop. Fifteen minutes later he arrived back, replaced the part and I was ready to go. Dave was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I highly recommend if anyone is in the Virginia Beach area and is ever in need of any engine work to call Hampton Roads 24 Hour Roadside Repair. They have great staff and are very reasonably priced. Here was a situation where I could have been taken advantage of with little choice in the matter. This type of honesty and loyalty to customer service are rare these days sad to say. | ||
