Came out and troubleshooted my leveling HWR Leveling jack problem. Called factory Tech Support, determined the problem was t6he hydraulic shuttle valve
and ordered the part for me. When part came he came back and replaced the part and everything works great. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | RV Ready is an honest business with skilled technicians. I spoke to Russ about doing the latest Norcold recall on my 4 door fridge. I had previously been quoted a $75 trip charge from another mobile outfit. Russ ordered the part, had it in 3 days, came to my home and installed the part and said no charge. He was even reluctant to take a small tip. Russ is a retired Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer who was a electronics tech. That probably explains it. If you need work done, call RV Ready. | ||
