I went Josam Frame & Alignment to get my tires true and balance and
the service was horrible after service technician did the work on all
four of my tires they had big slabs and chunks of rubber missing from all
four tires in numerous locations. Josam have not taking any
responsibility for damaging all four of my tires DON’T GO THERE

We are full time travelers and had (2) new front Michelin tires put on
awhile back but did not whether I needed a front end alignment without any
current wear data. So after 3,300 miles I started to see both tires wearing more to
the outside edges so I knew I did indeed need a front end alignment. I also
run with a Safe-T-Plus Stabilizer so I knew once aligned that would have to be
adjusted again too. I am NOT one of those persons that always looks for
the cheaper place. I do all the maintenance & upgrades on our coach and am
VERY picky who I allow to work on it concerning things I can't do. After
reading reviews here, Google, visiting their website and then calling and
speaking with Angel at the shop I knew this was a very qualified shop and
decided to go with them. Angel told me upfront it was going to be
between $250 - $340 depending on whether or not they had to add shims to
correct caster or not.
I spoke with Angel on a Monday morning and made an appointment for
Wednesday at 7:00am. I was there at 6:50am and they promptly got me in
the service bay at 7:00am and was done at 8:15am.
BTW…this company also has the ability to bend axles with their huge 100
ton press if the camber needed it. Most shops today are not able to perform
this service but they have expertise and personal to do it. They are also a
training facility for new and upcoming alignment folks in the industry.

Laser & camera guided alignment.
Toe & Caster was out. Corrected both
Had to add one shim to correct caster
Took the coach out twice to adjust the Safe-T-Plus
Total time to service 1.25hrs.
The name of the fella that worked on the coach was Mike. BIG guy. Native
from Florida, has done these alignments on F53 chassis's for 24 tears and
you could tell he knew what he was doing. He even let me go down under
in the pit and he showed me what he did and then explained everything in
detail while looking at his computer screen.
When done, the coach steers and handles beautifully and I know this
alignment was done right.
The price break down was:
• $190 for alignment which included inspection and checking all front
ends components to be sure nothing is wrong there first...before they
even would start alignment
• $48 labor per side if caster was needed
• $38 for the shim
• $13 to readjust the Safe-T-Plus
+ tax
My total out the door was $ 307.79
I highly recommend this company.

Josams is the only place that understands the setup on
the Country Coach. They can adjust the alignment for the
best ride and steering. The staff is always pleasant to
deal with and are timely in getting you in and out for
scheduled appointments.

Work performed in a little over 1 hour, re-shimmed front axle to correct castor and correct right hand pull concern. Their charge for this simple alignment
was $400 which is very expensive for what was done.

Work preformed perfectly. Found my front tire out of round. Found nothing wrong with ABS brakes. Reset board. No charge. They could have
charged me for a repair and didn't. Very honest. When they were done, it rode like my rig was new. Thanks

Excellent service. If you want people that know what they are doing to work on your rig, then go to Josam. Good work done on time. Prices are very fair. I originally contacted them for alignment only but found out they also carried a wide variety of tires. Ended up buying new Michelin tires at a price that was better than several other shops I had contacted in the area. While in the shop a defective brake caliper that I had had a problem with previously was discovered. Josam was able to get a replacement locally within a half an hour and was able to replace it and still finish the original work in the time promised. I would highly recommend them.
