  Date of Service:   5/1/2008
  Company Contact:   Art
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Numerous minor paint blemishes to be touched up. Minor cabinet trim repair. Replace Diamond Shield front mask.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Estimated completion time was two weeks. They "finished" a month later. Approximately half of the touch-ups pointed out at drop-off were not even touched. Work that was done was very poor quality and requires fixing at another shop. Paint work was supposed to have been completed four days prior to my pick-up date, however, when I arrived there were areas that were still wet. Extremely poor communication by the receptionist (Valerie) who was never able to obtain the right wood trim piece to complete the cabinet repair.

Art, the owner, would not even meet with me at shop to go over my coach. When I voiced my displeasure with the painter, he began speaking negatively about the owner and said he is looking for another job. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced...Avoid this Place!

  Date of Service:   1/1/2008
  Company Contact:   Art
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Repair and paint two damaged cargo bay doors.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The work was done very well and the paint was a perfect match. The work took longer than expected which was no problem.

However... While the coach was at their shop they entered the coach and stole a window latch that they had to drill off and stole part of a wall lamp. They did offer an excuse that they made a mistake and removed the parts from the wrong coach but that was bogus. Why would anyone drill out a rivet to remove a perfectly good part?
  Value of Service:   Poor
  Quality of Service:   Excellent
