Took class A in for repair of slides They said they were qualified, wrong. Kept my unit over a month and gave it back to us in worse shape than when
delivered to them for service. They did not have a clue just started replacing parts with bad results. Never gave us an estimate until they wanted over $1000
to give our unit back to us so we could take it to some one more qualified Nice people disgusting poor service a nightmare

Very Poor these people replace parts that they do not have ability to test then just keep replacing parts without knowledge of what the problem is or how to
fix it Just keep replacing and see if they get it right The do not get it right and are slow and do not communicate. Owner says she would never and has never
owned an RV because they are too expensive and complicated to maintain a real confidence builder.

Bathroom plumbing to fix leak; replace awning, replace furnace fan.

|
Evaluation of Service Performed:

Shower stall liner was removed to fix a plumbing leak. The reinstall was of such poor workmanship that the folding curtain no longer fit in the track
and screw covers were missing. Also, an access pipe was glued shut so that access is now impossible without replacing all the pipes.
During the awning replacement, a temporary employee broke one of the brace handles by using it as a lift handle. California RV's reaction was: "Who,
me? Wasn't our fault."
After the furnace fan was replaced, they (a) forgot to seal a vent hole which resulted in the cabin filling with propane whenever the furnace was on; (b)
the wiring wasn't wrapped/insulated after installation which led to the wiring shorting out whenever the coach was in motion which blew the fuse
controlling the A/C and refrigerator. It took three different mechanics and hundreds of dollars to find the problem.
In summary, everything California RV touched required extra time and money to fix. I know that it's the ultimate insult, but these guys are even worse
than Camping World, and I'd rather sell my coach than take it to Camping World.

I took my coach for a few problems based upon the recommendation of a RV dealership in Thousand Oaks. They fixed my inoperable A/C,
diagnosed an intermittent problem with my water heater and a intermittent problem with my bedroom slide. They also were able to adjust my
bedroom slide so it now closes flush with the exterior wall.

Brian does great work and he kept me informed throughout. They were also willing to work with my third-party warranty company. I can highly
recommend this shop. Very professional and courteous.

Found our electrical draw fast and repaired it on the
spot . While we were there they found a recall notice
and performed it on a Norcold refrigerator. The staff was so helpful they even got us lunch while our motor-
couch was being worked on.

When I first pulled up and a service tech was happy to greet me and show me the office were I meet the owners who happily took time and showed me the work they are going to perform. I was happy to hear from the tech who was working on my rig and he called every day to inform me of the status of parts and work till the job was done and when it came time to pick it up they picked me up from my house and brought me back to the shop were the tech, who I was in contact with, showed me everything he did and explained why he did it. I am happy to let everyone know what a great shop Hooper Custom RV Service is and to make a appointment and give them a try.
