Left our RV at Paw-Paw's (where we bought it) to repair a recurring water leak that was causing a bad smell and mold in one of the outside compartments.
The service manager said that we waited too long to report the leak so he had to charge us $1700 to fix it. We went to pick it up two weeks later and
discovered that they had repaired the wrong compartment. Then when we looked around the inside of our RV before we left, we found that it had been
burglarized. Missing flat screen TV, hair dryer, tools and more. We had reservations at an out-of-state campground in a couple of days so we took the RV
with the understanding that they would fix the compartment with the leak and that we would resolve the burglary incident when we got back.
We dropped off the RV when we returned and when we picked it up two weeks later, they said they were not responsible for any burglaries to RV on their
lot. Keep in mind...they have no fence around their lot and there's no security guard and the service managerr told me there are no security cameras that
are high enough resolution to do any good. There was no sign of forced entry so either they failed to take the minimum amount of caution and lock my RV
when they weren't working on it or else someone at the dealership was the perpetrator. The service manager said this has happened before.
Paw-Paw's didn't offer me any consideration...reduce the cost of the repairs, give me a credit in their store...nothing. So if you bring your RV into Paw-
Paw's for service, be aware that regardless of what happens to it while it's on their lot, they will not take responsibility for it.
The total cost to replace the stolen items was probably around $300. By failing to cover (or at least offer to partially cover) the replacement cost of those
items, Paw-Paw's has ensured that I will:
1. Never purchase another RV from them.
2. Never bring my RV into their dealership for repairs.

It seems like a bad business decision to me to forego thousands of dollars in future sales and service and generate much bad-will over this incident, but
apparently that's Paw-Paw's philosophy. I would encourage you to consider other RV dealers when you are in the market for an RV.

A/C was blowing warm air, my TV would not pick up channels and my slide out fascia was peeling. Since my camper was still under warranty it had to spend
time at Pawaws for manufacturer approval and parts to be shipped out. I was told about two weeks for all parts to arrive and installed to my surprise 8 days
later service called said it was ready we picked up the next day. I forgot to include a few small repairs (screen door, bath door not staying closed, the tech
DON caught the problem and fixed it at no charge to me, checked air in tires and even hooked it to my truck I can't say enough about the service I received,
THANK YOU PAWPAWS, THANK YOU Mr DON

Pawpaws is a designated Allegro service center! I was told by a representative in their service department four days prior that they could in fact perform
transmission repairs it at their facility, no appointment necessary, just bring it in. When we arrived, we were then told they CANNOT work on
transmissions and we would have to take it elsewhere.

No work was done obviously, they could not do what they verified they could do. This was a total waste of our time, not to mention the cost of gasoline,
as it was approx 115 miles round trip. They could have easily told me to take it to a local Ford Dealership for service.

Work has not been done yet - that is the problem. We had an appointment two weeks ago, June 11, to get our A/C fixed. To date Pawpaws has not
touched it. My husband has had to call them to found out that they haven't even touched it after 2 weeks. After he called them again today they said
they would try to get to it tomorrow. No apology for the poor customer service. Also this A/C break is after they installed a new digital thermometer
last summer. We are definitely changing service shops once we get our tt back.

Not very good since we are bringing it back after only using it twice since they fixed it last summer.

All seemed okay until I had to use the brakes. The pedal went over 1/2 way to the floor until pumped up. Then discovered they left the cap off the master cylinder reservoir which spilled brake fluid all inside the engine compartment.
