We had a surge from lightning took Rig in 5/17/2013 since the "PACE" in the shop is slow, communications is none, our rig is still with them we
have called weekly and get the same run around. Today is 6/18/2013 we still do not know when they will get it back. THIS IS POOR BUSINESS WE WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW NOT TO BUY/NOR USE THE SERVICE SHOP. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They got me in as quick as possible. They took there time, did everything right, and haven't had an issue at all. They are by far one of the most pleasant service centers I have come across yet, while sitting in the lounge area, the salespeople were very courteous and asked if I needed anything like coffee, or something to eat while I was there. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | After one year, the paint on the roof was "gone". Looked like it wa not painted. Company said warranty on paint is only 90 days. They would not stand behind their work. | ||
