Had a total of 17 items performed which were not all related to warranty issues. I dropped the coach off and told the dealership they had 6 weeks for the
repairs. One item related to the radio was not completed initially and that was due to me not be explicit in telling the dealer the issue only occurred while the
coach was being driven. The dealer later took the coach for a test drive and found the problem which resulted in a one week parts delay from Thor. All
repairs were completed to my satisfaction and I am pleased with the end result. Two thumbs and big toes up for the service department at Safford RV.

Several minor warranty items were completed, including re-hanging the main TV, reinstalling the satellite handle that had
fallen off, repairing the curtains and adjusting the curtain rail. We also had a more complicated problem with trim separating
from the front/side on both sides.

They completed the repairs flawlessly, gave us a written description of the work performed with the technician's notes, and
were prompt, finishing the work when promised. They were pleasant and provided excellent customer service.
