I had some suspension repairs done in Atlanta on 5/5/15. The company failed to index/center the wheels resulting in a rough ride back home. Thursday
afternoon I called Mike who scheduled me for Friday morning at 8AM. His assistant, Scott, indexed/centered my front wheels, shaved a tire which was out- of-round, balanced my tires and I was out the door by 10AM. The service was the exceptional service I've come to expect from Mike and Scott. I wish other RV service centers were as good as Central Alignment. |

At 24,439 miles I had my six-year-old GY G670 RV tires replaced with FS 560Plus. I purchased the new tires from Mike who also did an alignment.
His service tech, Scott mounted and balanced the new tires. My new tires had a manufacture date of 3513 so they were fresh tires. Mike's pricing was a couple of hundred dollars lower than his competition. |

This was my second experience with Central Alignment & Services. I was really impressed with the work Scott did on my RV about three years ago -
he is a perfectionist. I couldn't be more pleased with the work Mike and Scott performed last week. My motorhome was clean when returned to me. Additionally, it was returned at the agreed upon time. I wish I could say the same for the service I've received from other RV service centers in and around Knoxville. I am truly a happy camper. With no hesitation,I highly recommend Central Alignment & Services - these guys are great! |

| Service Performed: | My 2008 HR Vacationer XL 34PDD has a 192 inch wheelbase, spring and shock chassis. Obviously it will never ride as well as a coach with a 280 inch wheelbase and air ride. With only 9,200 miles on it I was ready to trade for an older coach. I took it to Mike in desperation. After shaving the left front tire, balancing the the left front, right front, and rear duals it's like a new coach. It's not a silk purse but is is acceptable and will be with us for the foreseeable future. | ||
