| Service Performed: | We had a front driver blowout and tires were not available so we were towed to the closest truck stop. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The owner, Mr. Bennis Moss, came out himself and called before he came to determine the best wrecker to use. He was unbelievably careful with the coach and very concerned for our situation. He stayed an extra 30 or 40 minutes at the truck stop awaiting an open bay to put the coach in instead of just dumping it in the lot like many drivers might do. He actually called us the next day to make sure we had things under control and were doing OK. He was a genuinely nice person and I hope if we ever get towed again we get this lucky!! | ||
