Service Performed:
Took the coach in because the generator ran but was not generating electricity. Suspected a regulator problem and they agreed. They ordered it in and installed a new regulator and it still wouldn't produce power. Finally pulled the generator out of the coach and left it with them to diagnose. Mid-May they said the generator head needed to be replaced.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
It turns out that the new regulator was incorrectly wired and nothing was wrong with the generator head. They charged me for incorrectly installing the new part, unnecessarily pulling the generator, and then misdiagnosing the continuing problem. I ended up fixing it myself using the new regulator and existing generator head by correcting the wiring.
