Identify and repair chassis/suspension air
leak which compromised braking efficiency. Instead of repairing air leak technician replaced air dryer. Air leak was later found, by a different repair facility�hole in air line leading to the air dryer. |

replace a part; a part that had not failed and was functioning properly�instead of locating and correcting the actual problem. |

| Service Performed: | Repair done to turbo charger and update engine computer software. Called Saturday, arrived Sunday, spent night in their courtesy RV site and repaired Monday! | ||

| Service Performed: | Left unit there late Oct. for emergency brake repair. It wasn't winterized and I made sure they knew it. They were supposed to put it inside each night. They still had the unit in Dec. because they didn't work on it and we had a hard freeze. They failed to bring it in that night and froze it up hard. They instantly admitted their error and put almost 150 hrs in it to repair the damage. | ||
