| Service Performed: | Aligned wheels, balanced tires and checked the drum brakes on all 3 axles of our Carriage C-force | ||

Excellent job. We noticed one tire wearing out real fast on one side, so we thought alignment was the problem.
We took it to Royal Wheel Alignment and they discovered the alignment only needed a little bit adjusting, but the problem was the Nev-R-Lube bearing that was worn/broke. They located a used identical bearing in Rapid City and were able to fix it the same day. They also checked the breaks and although I had it checked recently somewhere else, these guys really knew how to adjust these, now my trailer breaks really work well. Good customer service too, they gave us a loaner car and we went to see Mt Rushmore, they even let out our dog that was in the back of our camper during the servicing. |
