| Service Performed: | I wanted an emergency hatch replaced above my bed. Instead he put a plastic piece on top and screwed it down, not allowing me to escape or open the hatch should there be an emergency. The caulking was faulty and leaked all over my bed. I had to had it re-repaired by someone else at greater expense. He refused to fix, or return any money paid for this poor quality job. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Terrible! He only put a plastic top and sealed it so I wasn't able to escape in case of an emergency. I'm no longer able to open the hatch, or receive air. Not only that, it leaked all over my new bed during a storm. When I contacted Mr. Spencer, his response was rude, and threatening. I told him I'd go to BBB, in which he said he'd sue me if I did and had his lawyer there beside him. He was yelling, confrontational, and threatened me. Called my RV a piece of crap, and so on. This man is in no way business like. He lied to the BBB and never offered any solution, only threats. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone, especially women. He talked down to me and tried to make me feel I didn't know what I was talking about. I know not caulking properly leads to leakage, and it did. It ruined my bed, and I had to have so much replaced. | ||
