Evaluation of Service Performed:
4 weeks in the shop for 8 hours of labor. Owner did not know chassis had hydraulic booster for brake system instead of vacuum booster. Looked for vacuum system for 1 week before I had to tell him it was a hydraboost system. Missed complete lack of sway bar bushings during safety inspection. Coach sat for 2 weeks before he even started looking at it. Sat another 2 weeks while trying to track down non existent parts. Shop never called with status reports. I had to call every 2 days to make sure it was being looked at. On the plus side, billing is done accurately. All safety related work is now being redone and checked at Bergey's in Franconia.
