Service Performed:  
I took my motor home with a 3126 300 hp CAT in for 100,000 mile p.m. Fluid changes, lube, valve adjustment, etc. The
service manager was very helpful, but I have the impression the techs don't like to work on motor homes. After repeated requests, I still have never received an itemized listing of services performed. For $800 plus
taxes, I expect to know what they did.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
I assume it was acceptable, but I can't really say. I am giving a poor quality rating based on the above problem. If I got everything I think I did, the value was OK. In the future, I will make sure the dealer is a level two or three category. See this link for a list:
