| Service Performed: | Multiple items, some post PDI, bought unit from them off of Consignment - Steve Wilson - a nice, honest man. Most recent work on CC Allure: New Driver Side Window; Road King Shocks & SS Motion Control Unit; Front Door tweaking; Pump from Grey to Black, dry camping added capacity; front height adjusted; and misc others. Earlier, they did a full pre-delivery service, which was top notch, and no 'how about doing this too'. If it needed something, they did it! | ||

It starts at the top with the Service Manager Pat, thru the Service Writer Mike, to the tech's like Billy and John. They take pride in getting it right. I've also had great support from the parts staff. Holland sells & service is a class act. Yes, they have higher service rates then some independents. But, they back it with a zest for quality service, and the experience shows. If (when) problems come up, they back their work.
In this day and age of the RV industry having problems, a class act - and a place that will make it thru to better days, depends on the people. Holland's staff, are those kind of people. Please note, though expensive rates, I still consider the Value of Service Excellent! |
