| Service Performed: | Tail lights did not work when connected to motorhome. Personally had replace cord end and checked all connections. Had power to end of umbilical. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Service Manager checked out the circuits and within 15 minutes had determined that the ground wire at the rear of the toad was disconnected. Repaired with new mounting screw and problem fixed. Best of all -- NO CHARGE. We were at the RV Repair facility less than 45 minutes. I will recommend this business to anyone. | ||
