| Service Performed: | Determine cause of voltage dropping to zero on chassis battery and failure to charge coach battery. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Hand traced wiring and found a bad jumper solenoid. As I was stranded on the highway, they got me in during a busy day, spent many hours tracing wires in an older RV. Staff were excellent and extremely polite. | ||

| Service Performed: | RV was towed to their location when it overheated on the highway. Found A/C compressor locked up. Compressor and all parts were replaced. Work was done under Freightliner warranty. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Work was excellent but slow (over 2 weeks). 3-4 days were due to delays in getting parts from the coach manufacturer though. | ||
