| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Damaged cooler while replacing EGR valve causing the cooler to leak coolant. The engine never leaked coolant the during the entire time I owned motor home,bought new 4/2007. | ||

| Service Performed: | Fan blade broke and penetrated radiator. Replaces fan, and coolant. Also all belts, hoses, thermostats replaced at my request since they had access. Had radiator repaired locally. Moved rig inside and keep 15 amp service for refrigerator and when complete moved out side and had 30 amp service. | ||

Work done professionally, in the estimated time frame and coach was clean when complete.
Good Sam extended service contract folks delayed payment for a few days for some unexplained reason. I offered to pay my part and Good Sam part. They said NO just my part. Folks friendly and honest. Wifi in the lounge and no charge for staying in the back lot for one night. On leaving I determined a fuse was bad in brake light when I hooked up the FROG. Requested a couple of fuses and they provided them at no charge. |
