  Date of Service:   5/10/2019
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Warranty work, Customer Service would be nice.
Bought my RV from them, had it to them for warranty
work, once I took my RV to them, over two months to
get the thing fixed. While it was with them, they
left it out in their back lot with the slides
partially extended. Got a 6 inch rain, water poured
into the living room slide area, warped the trim on
both the slide and the closet door adjacent to the
slide. Another month goes by, finally they let me
know the parts are in, need to bring the trailer
back for them to do about an hours worth of work. I
am a consultant, work from home, not 9 to 5/5 but
all days, all times. Told them to bring the trim to
my trailer, 29 miles away, and install it here. Oh
no, can't do that. I know they have field
technicians that do house calls. After all it is
their negligence that caused the damage. Do not
recommend this outfit at all.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Poor, no quality control, no customer service

  Date of Service:   5/7/2018
  Work Done on:   Tow Vehicle
Service Performed:   Installation of trailer hitch and wiring for the Apex travel trailer. Instead of getting the correct wiring harness from Ford the trailer lights were wired into the
vans electrical system resulting in the first time the brakes on the van were used it shorted out the lights on the back of the van.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The work that was performed on my vehicle was totally substandard. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a RV/travel trailer go to another
dealership. on a 5 star rating I would give them a minus 5

  Date of Service:   6/28/2016
  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
Service Performed:   Berryland just called to say they put a new A/C in and they checked our refrigerator and it's working fine. Some people are saying we got a lemon with the
trailer and maybe we did but it's not Berryland fault all they do is sell them I am so tired of people asking if we would buy from them again. And I can tell you
I would not from anyone else but Berryland they worked there butts off trying to help us with our trailer. I love my trailer and if we do make up our minds to
trade it in later I will only buy from Berryland in my book they are the BEST

  Date of Service:   11/16/2015
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
  Service Performed:   Routine Maintenance
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Horrible. We bought the Motorhome used, asked them to service accordingly, they were told! (Just bought the coach used) Call me with an estimate. They
failed, coolant was long expired, fuel filters were not changed and very old, all of this was missed by their service department. I would have paid them to do
the work if they had noticed the faults. Wonder if the wheels were even tight or condition of brakes?????

  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
Service Performed:   Leak in back closet from black water washout.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Brand new camper. Less than a month old. When picked up camper, boards were torn up in kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom panel was scratched and nails
were showing with putty on them. Called four times to find out what happened. No one could explain to my satisfaction. Said possible condensation from
freezer tore up boards. Water would have had to come up 3 inches on floor to reach parts that were torn up. And how would it have reached the bathroom? I think they accidentally flooded it, which is what they originally told my son. Then they said that was a "misunderstanding." Sounds fishy to me. They
supposed to fix boards. Wonder if they'll offer me compensation for driving four hours total since it was their fault?

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   When checking out of a campground near New Orleans and bound for the Spring Louisiana Samboree, we found we had no brakes on our 5th wheel. A quick inquiry to the camp Ranger ended with a referral to Berryland Campers in Ponchatoula, LA., forty miles down the road.

When we arrived at Berryland and were directed to the service department, we were greeted by one of the most pleasant service managers have met in our forty years of camping. A service tech was put on the job within 10 minutes and our problem solved and repaired withing fifty minutes. We were not put on a waiting list, we were offered coffee and a pleasant place to wait, and the repair bill had no extra charges for emergency service.

Evaluation of Service Performed:   So I say to my fellow Good Sammers - there's a lot of good service out there that should receive good coverage when good is done.

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   I went out of town to buy a camper a few months ago because Berryland would not come down off the price and due to the rudeness of one of there salesman. For which I informed management for the reason to why I was going out of town to buy. I went to Florida to buy the unit and saved a lot of money.
But the other day I needed some work done on the unit so I called Berryland and asked when I could bring in my fifth-wheel to get the work done. I was informed I could bring it on down so I did. I drove over an 1 1/2 hours to get there when I arrived we filled out all the paperwork and was told to unhook it where it was so I did. When I got done unhooking it a man came out and told me I needed to move it to another location on the lot. So I did. When I got to the location I was to drop it off at I unhooked it again. When I got ready to leave two of the employees came out and asked me my name, after I told him my name he informed me I could not leave it there. I told him I was told to bring it in today. In response he told me quote " and I said you cant leave it here today" So I hooked up the unit again. After we left my wife informed me that when she was inside the salesman that was rude toward us when we went there to buy was standing at the window rolling with laughter the whole time I was hooking and unhooking. Of course she did not tell me this till after we were almost home cause she thought I may show my a$$ if I knew what was going on. And of course she was correct. So now it looks like I will have to travel over three hours from home just to get to another dealer to get the work done. Just thought I would let everyone else know about their practices. I contacted the dealer to try and reschedule a date to bring it in. I was informed by a employee per the owner that he would not do any warranty work on my fifth-wheel because I wrote my problems with this dealer on Open Roads Forum. Glad to get this off my chest.Sorry so long.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   None they refused to do warranty work.
