Horrible. My vehicle was damaged by the shop (estimate of 14,077.00 by another shop) and A-1 tried to tell me it was like that when they got it. This was
after they received 17,00.00 for repairs and they were supposed to be finishing work from first repair. When I asked what they were going to do about the damage I was ordered to leave the premises. I'm sure there will be attorneys involved in settling the matter. Unless you have a lot of time to waste fighting for customer service and quality workmanship I would suggest going elsewhere. This business knows nothing about customer service!! I urge anyone considering doing business with these people to reconsider!! |

| Service Performed: | Tire tread separation damaged wheel well and floor. Slide had to be removed and floor and wheel well rebuilt along with electrical wiring. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They worked with us during the repairs as we fulltime and were displaced out of our home during the repairs. Could not have asked for more friendly and helpful professional service. | ||
