The mechanic I worked with was Greg. He was more
knowledgable about the particulars of my engine than any mechanic I have talked to in almost 7 years of full time RVing. (And that includes one at a Cummins dealer) Steve's took care of me on short notice when I called ahead. |

We were scheduled to leave Friday morning and this was Tuesday. I called Steve's and they were full up but said they would try to work us in
Thursday. They were not able to get to it till late Thursday afternoon, but they had us done by a little after 5 pm. Steve's Truck Service did a great job and bent over backwards to take care of our needs at a reasonable price. They were open, courteous, and friendly. They will have any of my business when we are in Sheridan visiting our daughter. Thank you Steve's Truck Service, and Greg (I think), the gentlemen that did the work. |

| Service Performed: | Short in electrical system. Diagnosed and repaired by Steve's Truck Service. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We had a 5 day delay while waiting for Steve's to empty his work schedule. We stayed at Peter D's campground - which I highly recommend. Peter D was very accommodating and actually created a space for our disabled motor home while we were awaiting repairs. Steve's gave me an estimate for the repairs and the actual cost was several dollars below the estimate. Once our vehicle was in the shop, repairs were made in less than half a day. Steve's was also instrumental in getting us a significant discount on a motel for the one night we were required to stay out of the motor home. | ||
