Repair Duo-Therm A/C unit fan not cycling correctly.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
Found a dirty communication connector from the
thermostat to the relay board, replaced it, reset
the thermostat. However the problem persisted the
next day. Called him, and I suggested to bring parts
to do a swap of the relay board, or convert to 5
button thermostat. However he stated he didn't have
the parts required in stock. His ad states "We fix
it, or it's FREE" So I expected
a refund of at least the labor or service call. He
corrected me and said, that's if it can't be fixed,
your issue can be fixed, I just don't have the
parts, thus I can't fix it, No refund. I would have
been glad to pay the costs of a relay board or a
retrofit, but it felt like, I got $370, gave you
back $70, I'm keeping the $300 and doing nothing as
that's the easiest solution.

My ceiling lights were slowly going out and my RV water pump was leaking. Howard showed up very quickly and had a replacement converter and pump on his van. I was amazed! The work was all completed quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
He arrived when he said he would. He had all the parts, tools, test equipment and knowledge. And he charges about 1/3 less than the repair shops! I recommend him 100%.
