  Date of Service:   7/3/2015
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   We had a running gear issue on the highway and stopped in at Racetrack RV Service centre to have the problem checked.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They looked at it right away and immediately took it into the service bay. One hour later we were on the road and all was well. The staff was courteous and
attentive and worked hard, over the lunch hour, to provide us with service. Wes was the main guy who did a great job, and at one point, three mechanics
were on it and we were charged one hour labour. We were so relieved to be able to get to our destination with little delay.

  Date of Service:   2/14/2015
  Work Done on:   Pop-up Trailer
Service Performed:   I bought a used 2011 Rockwood tent trailer from Race Track RV (racetrack-rv.com) early February. I was promised by the sale person Murray that
everything will be in working order by delivery and I will be shown how everything works at the time. I went to pick it up early March after they fixed a few
issues (includes a ripped trim). The delivery process was brief (30 minutes max). They did not hook up the water, and I was laughed at when I raised the
idea because they have other deliveries to do. The delivery process was terminated when they found out the fan wasn't working. A week later, I went to
pick it up when they fixed the fan; they were not able to locate the keys. They were nice enough to deliver it to my house in the following week.

I opened it up that weekend for the first time to try it out in front of my drive way. When I hooked up with city water, the front left corner was leaking
badly and part of the inside floor was covered with water. I sent it back to have it fixed. Matt (manager) confirmed the leakage and reassured me that his
foreman did triple check everything after it was "fixed". I picked it up a week later. When I hooked up with the city water again in front of my drive way, the
water started to pour into trailer until I turned it off 15 seconds later. The inside floor was flooded with water for the next 20 minutes. Also, I noticed the
previously fixed trim started to rip again after last service trip. While I tried to pack up the unit, the power cranking system stopped working. After I
removed the battery and all the stuff trying to get to the manual cranking part, it started to work again out of the blue; this unreliability worries me.

Overall, I think the condition of the trailer was too far away than what I was promised. Racetrack RV is still offering to have it fixed, but two months and 4
trips to their service department later, I still have a LEMON that's sitting in front of my drive way. I talked to the owner Ken , and demanded a refund. I was
questioned why the unit never had a problem with the previous owner. I was given the option of hiring a lawyer to sue them, but my chances of getting my
money back is ZERO. I was also assured AMVIC is my best bet to voice any complaint, but Ken was certain nothing will be done in this case.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They claimed they have done full tests on the RV before it was delivered, but was found fan not working, major water leakage, damage occurred during
servicing (trim rip), and loose connection on the electrical wiring. I understand there would be problems with a used RV, but problem after problem yet still
not fully testing the unit is definitely a major negligent from the management. TRUST THEM NOT!
