We bought a 2007 Fleetwood Revolution, none of the pre inspection items were fixed or repaired, when we brought the RV home we found the inverter was
broke and the refrigerator did not work and leaked water all over the floor and the slide leaked during a rain storm. Whenever we called we were told "I don't
recall that conversation" and were given excuses why the items where not covered under warranty even though we purchased the warranty when we first took
purchased the RV.

We took the RV down the road to Camping World and what a big difference in service. Camping World is taking care of all the items needing fixing.

We purchased a new 2014 Itasa Meridian 40U from River City, trading in our 2004 Winnebago Vectra 40AD. The inspection of our new coach identified a few
problems, including a finish scratch.

This was an internet and telephone sale conducted while we were hundreds of miles away. It could have gone very badly once we arrived at the dealership,
but the sale and acceptance our of trade went exactly as promised. Everyone on the sales team took great care of us throughout the entire process.
The Service department took care of everything on our punchlist quickly and correctly. The body shop fixed the scratch perfectly. Both Sales and Service
answered our questions patiently.
We are completely pleased with this transaction and feel lucky to have found this dealership. I highly recommend them for integrity, courtesy, and follow-
through.

Pre delivery was awful. The kid who did it had not a clue. Several issue with RV and it took months for them to correct. Last straw was RV sat on their lot for
two months waiting for them to replace awning that I discovered was part of the safety recall. This place could care less if your unit sits for months. After
calls and calls they finally ordered parts. They installed the motor wrong and I had to get another dealer install a new motor and fix the damage they had
done. I will never darken their door again.

Warranty work on new Coachmen 383FWS purchased from them on 10/08/2009. Work included shower, unusable due to crack and leaking water all over, missing overhead, interior lights, interior wood cracked and broken off, drawers' inoperative, interior doors and drawers wouldn't stay secured/closed while driving, coach's entrance door wouldn't lock with keys, two locks, basement doors wouldn't stay closed during travels.

Coach sat outside their service bay for 3 months, before work began. Every excuse was given to me whenever I stopped by the dealership or called them. When I stopped by in January 2010 to see what has been done, they refused me access, which is now a legal matter. Owner's reply to my inquires prior to January was always 'just get over the problems and enjoy it' even though the shower couldn't be used etc.
