Took 31 days to seal the shower and attach the molding. They said the toilet wasn't leaking. I replaced the valve myself rather than take it back. My travel
trailer was broke in to on their lot and TV was stolen. Replaced the TV but didn't fix the lock.

fixed it. I don't remember the exact dates.

Slide out repair/adjustment on 2008 HR Vacationer XL.

Boat N RV attempted (twice) to repair/adjust the roadside slide out on the new RV purchased on 11/28/08. When the RV was returned in September, I noticed one of the cables had about a 3 inch sag. I was assured by their service department that it was correctly adjusted. I contacted the manufacturer of the slide system and was told all cables should be uniformly tight with no more than a 1 inch deflection. The slide failed on Easter day when at least 2 of the 8 cables snapped. So much for 'correctly adjusted'.
