  Date of Service:   9/9/2010
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Was contracted by FOREMOST Insurance company to repair and replace the rubber roof on our 37' Santara. I was told by the owner, (Todd) that the repairs would be finished in 4 days, by Friday. On about the 5th day employees of Shoreline backed our coach outside in a rainstorm with the roof off causing water stains in the ceilings in every room of the coach. It was 11 days later when we picked up the Santara. They had CUT the cables to the satellite dish on the roof and spliced them back together with the small blue wire connectors used in hooking up trailer lights. They also did not replace the roof rack, they used the wrong materials and did a crappy job. It was so bad I had to have another roof put on the coach. Several shops I talked to about fixing their screw up said they wouldn't touch it because it was so screwed up. They charged the insurance company for things they did not use, like covers to cover it when they took it out in the rain.

It cost $18,848.00 to repair their screw up, and we were displaced out of our home for two months.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   TERRIBLE, they couldn't pay me to work on anything of mine again.
  Value of Service:   Poor
  Quality of Service:   Poor
