Bought BRAND NEW 5th Wheel from them. Only had it 1
hour before electrical was all screwed up due to THEIR faulty work of putting winterizing package on! We were told by them that they would pay for the re- do from repair shop because they messed up....they didn't! They claim they can't now because the invoice isn't detailed enouugh!! It's 2 pages worth of crap that this other shop had to fix due to them! |

Replaced Progressive Industries power management system, install generator, install satellite television dish, fix door lock and numerous small repairs on a
brand new DRV Mobile Suites. |

This is the worst service shop I have ever been to. We bought a brand new camper from them and when we arrived to pick it up we were told that they only
had one person in the service shop and he was unable to do the work we had agreed on when ordering the camper. They called in a friend of the owner to swap the generator and satellite dish from our trade in to our new camper and he was barely competent and left the project uncompleted so that I had to have another shop finish the install. When our electricity failed while still swapping from our old camper to the new one they were unable to fix it. They had to tow it to the factory for the easy replacement of the power management system. When I brought the camper to the factory a year later for some repairs the factory was amazed that the work Tiara did was so bad. Window shades that they were to install were sized incorrectly and when we went back in the fall to have it re-done they still couldn't get the measurement right! Crystal, the service manager, was incredibly inept and rude. This poor service is on going. It seems they just wish to sell campers but not do the service. I would never go back to Tiara RV or recommend them to anyone. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The service department was great. They replaced our tanks and showed us a few other minor issues that needed attention that we were unaware of, we appreciated that. They performed all work in a reasonable amount of time in a courteous and professional manner. We were well pleased. | ||
