Evaluation of Service Performed:
We broke down about 20 miles east of Fort Stockton, TX along I-10. Coach-Net dispatched Sheffield Towing from Sheffield. They arrived as promptly as possible, due to the 50 mile distance.
Perry Holmsley, the owner, showed up with his assistant. They brought the correct equipment for the job. After disconnecting the drive-shaft, they hooked onto my truck, with trailer attached, and towed me back to Fort Stockton. After dropping the trailer into a site at the campground where we had been the previous night, Perry helped me unhook, then towed the truck down to the dealership in town. He then drove me back to the trailer.
I cannot imagine a more positive breakdown experience.
