Checked error codes for Check Engine Light issue.
Found PDF Regeneration was not working correctly. Found three sensors bad and replaced. Discovered an air leak in the exhaust was also causing issue. Clamp on turbo was broken/replaced and tested Regeneration to insure working correctly, it was. |

Got coach in quickly in the morning and were done in
one day. Did find blanket on bed and carpet near opening inside coach was dirty where they accessed the turbo. Cleaned myself rather than taking back to them. They honored my Cummins Power Club discount. |

Left the shop told that I need unit ASAP. Left came back on following Monday still not finished, a lot of standing around smoking/talking(NO WORK)
I furnished new radiator, it was delivered and stayed in box 5 hours before they even unboxed was to to be ready finaly got unit out after shift closed, they failed to check oil level, added 1 gallon myself. Found broken bumper panel. Noted same on invoice, after I had paid BILL. Cummings won't fix damage saying that they gave discount. The radiator is leaking at gasket, WILL NOT TAKE BACK TO THEM.. HAVE USED OTHER CUMMINGS BUT WILL NEVER GO TO CHARLOTTE |

| Service Performed: | Replaced exhaust brake on our Cummins 300 diesel. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Actual work done was excellent - replaced engine exhaust brake on our Cummins 300 engine in our motor coach. Unpleasant surprise was a very dirty mattress which is over the engine along with an empty (rubber) prophylactic container found by my very upset wife. When I called to complain, they suggested I take coach back and they would clean the mattress, etc. - - however had no idea how empty rubber wrapper got there. We had the mattress cleaned by a carpet cleaning company. | ||
