Issues with how the Installed tow bar and connections on the toad. Have tried them a few other times too.. Service staff rather grumpy and workmanship not
great. |

Very poor. Had equipment installed and took long trip. Toad battery kept draining. Took back upon return and the said it was all good, must be bad battery.
Replaced car battery. Went on a trip and car battery dead when returned to parking lot. Car had to be always connected to trickle charge. After multiple attempts they finally acknowledged they connected a wire wrong. No apology, no compensation for 6 months of aggregation and finally having my car dealership identify the issue |

| Service Performed: | I had maintenance performed on the refrigerator, both furnaces and the water heater. There was a gas leak in the refrigerator and a broken hot water coupling on the water heater. In addition, I had new wipers installed and an inoperable hitch lock removed. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The work performed, in my opinion, was excellent. The customer service was outstanding and I would return to have any additional technical issues addressed. | ||
