Got us in quickly late in the day with no appointment (they are open 24/7). The young mechanic was especially courteous and as efficient and concerned as any seasoned technician I've ever dealt with. The company being not busy after normal business hours was an advantage for us, apparently, since there were only a couple of truck tractors and us in the large shop, and each with a mechanic's full attention. The service advisor gave us the CAT Club discount, and the final price was better than I've ever paid for an engine service alone, much less a coolant change and full generator service as well.

We were told we would be seen within two days. We were also told jobs would be done in a first-come, first-serve manner. Both were untrue. We stayed in our rig on the lot, and watched jobs that had come in after ours go in and come out finished while we sat. We actually heard mechanics arguing because none of them wanted to do the work on our rig. On day five, my husband and I finally took our hydraulic pump to a shop downtown. This other shop had diagnosed our problem and ordered us a new pump in FIFTEEN MINUTES. We left Warner Trucks a week after we had arrived, after having done almost all the legwork ourselves. Yet, we still had to pay the bill for the most pathetic excuse for customer service that I have ever seen. If not for the other shop we went to, we would likely be waiting even now.
