| Service Performed: | Refrigerator would not work on LP gas. Took it in for repair. Oven would not light. Repair work included new circuit board, burner and igniter for the refrigerator. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Work done as promised and on time and on budget. Interestingly, the oven actually worked. The tech demonstrated that the pilot has to burn as long as 45 seconds to warm a mercury safety switch that opens the flow of propane to the burner, igniting the flame. No charge. | ||

| Service Performed: | Had Blue Ox tow package installed. They scheduled a time, but called me in advance to let me know the base plate for the toad was not available for a week. Scheduled another time. Took it in at the appointed time and all was done by the end of the day, as promised. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | This group has been quite good for us. They communicate well, let you know the price up front. As a newbie, a tech took 45 minutes to help me understand the coach, even though it was 15 years old and purchased somewhere else. Only concern about this session involved the tow bar about 6 inches off level, in contradiction of instructions. Could have saved me a trip to get a drop-down. Otherwise very pleased. | ||
